The A Level is divided into six teaching modules:
- Module 1: Development of practical skills
- Practical skills assessed in written exams and through the Practical Endorsement (non-exam assessment).

- Atomic structure, quantitative chemistry, acids, redox, bonding.
- Module 3: Periodic table and energy
- Periodicity, Group 2, halogens, qualitative analysis, enthalpy, reaction rates, equilibrium.
